All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time


Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and carrier availability. Most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days after processing. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays


Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods. Ankore is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.


Incorrect Address


Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Ankore is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Orders returned due to address errors may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Ankore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
