Due to the nature of our product and the fact that it is offered in one universal size, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as fit preference, sizing concerns, or change of mind.


Damaged or Defective Items


If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, you must provide:

    •    Clear photos showing the damage or defect

    •    A brief description of the issue


Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient evidence or fall outside the reporting window.


Additional Notes

    •    We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

    •    Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
